• A bet is deemed accepted only once a bet reference number is issued by the 977apk system and the corresponding stake has been deducted from the User's wallet balance;
• 977apk reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, without being required to state a reason;
• In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure, 977apk reserves the right to void any affected bets. Voided bets will result in the return of the original stake to the User's wallet;
• Manifest odds errors — where betting odds are published due to a technical error at a level that is clearly inconsistent with the true market — will result in bets being voided regardless of whether the User was aware of the error;

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude 977apk's liability for death or personal injury arising from its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
